At Yellow Owls we want you to be happy with your hosting. All payments on yellowowls.com are processed securely through PayPal, and refunds are returned through PayPal to the same account you paid with.

If you are not satisfied with a new hosting plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.

What is not refundable

• Domain name registrations and renewals.
• Renewal payments after the first billing period.
• Accounts suspended for breaking our terms of service.

How to request a refund

Send an email to yellowowlsservers@outlook.com with your order number and the email used in PayPal. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through PayPal and usually appear in your PayPal account within 5–10 business days, depending on PayPal and your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your plan at any time to stop the next renewal. Your service stays active until the end of the period already paid.
